Arrogate Wins World's Richest Race Breeders' Cup Classic winner Arrogate was a wide margin winner of the $12 million Pegasus World Cup Invitational Stakes at Gulfstream Park. Arrogate, trained by Bob Baffert and ridden by Mike Smith, won by almost five lengths as big rival California Chrome flopped to finish in ninth place. California Chrome was later found to have a minor knee injury. Arrogate now has career earning in excess of $11 million which is remarkable considering he won his first race on June 5th last year.
