Following an inspection yesterday, the Steeplechase track at Cork Racecourse was found to be unraceable and will not be fit for the meeting scheduled for Sunday January 18.

As a consequence the Rathduff Handicap Chase and the Beechlawn Motors Handicap Chase have been cancelled.

Races will be divided to form a seven race programme.
