Condon decides not to appeal

Jockey Davy Condon will not appeal his 15 day suspension, handed down to him for a breach of whip rules on winner Bayan at Ascot yesterday.

Condon, who became the latest big-race winning jockey to be suspended for breaking the whip rules, will not appeal his 15-day suspension and £3,150 fine for winning the Grade 3 Hurdle.
