Dunboyne sold to Hong Kong Kevin Prendergast's three-year-old colt Dunboyne Express has been sold to race in Hong Kong. The dual Group Three winner is to join John Moore in the former colony after being bought in a six-figure deal brokered by Peter Hickey of Tiranga Bloodstock. The son of Shamardal is now in Newmarket and will join his new stable after going through quarantine. His early aim for his new connections will be the Hong Kong Derby in March. Prendergast said: "He is a very straightforward horse and was a pleasure to train. "I would like to wish his new connections all the best with him." Hickey added: "He is a very nice horse who has won Group races at two and three and we have finally managed to acquire him having tracked him for almost a year. "He has been bred by a genius (John Connaughton) trained by a legend and now goes to one of the greatest trainers in the world."
