The going at Punchestown remains soft after there was no overnight rain. The forecast is for a generally dry day.

Action gets under way at 12.35pm. The Grade One Morgiana Hurdle at 2.15 provides the feature and sees a mouth-watering clash between current champion hurdler Jezki and former champion Hurricane Fly .

Meanwhile, in Cork the ground is now heavy, soft in places (after 2mm of rain since yesterday morning). Again a generally dry day is expected.

The first of seven races is off at 12.55. Liz Doyle's Maguire's Glen is attracting early money in the Grade C Ticket Sales Online Handicap Hurdle which will be run at 2.35.
