Honeysuckle faces nine rivals in Hatton's Grace The BARONERACING.COM Hatton's Grace Hurdle has attracted the largest field in over a decade as Honeysuckle faces nine rivals in the highlight of a superb card at Fairyhouse on Sunday. The Henry de Bromhead-trained mare is unbeaten in 12 starts over hurdles, the last seven of which have all come at Grade 1 level, and is bidding to emulate other star mares Solerina and Apple's Jade by landing this €100,000 event for the third successive year. The opposition is led by Saldier and Abacadabras, while the return of Latest Exhibition to hurdling plus last year's runner-up Ronald Pump add further spice. The line-up is completed by Stormy Ireland, Darasso, Sire Du Berlais, Sams Profile and Skyace, and is the first time the race has attracted a double figure field since Hurricane Fly beat ten rivals back in 2010. There are also ten declared for the Grade 1 BARONERACING.COM Drinmore Novice Chase with the Gigginstown-owned quartet of Beacon Edge, Fury Road, Fire Attack and Midnight Run coming up against the likes of Lifetime Ambition, Gabynako and Cape Gentleman. Bleu Berry, Grand Paradis and Global Equity complete a quality line-up. The BARONERACING.COM Royal Bond Novice Hurdle is the third Grade 1 on the card and another competitive race is in prospect with My Mate Mozzie, Three Stripe Life, Impervious, Mighty Potter, Farout and Uhtred all taking their chance. Arctic Warrior and Statuaire are also among the eight declared.
