Listowel raceable but precautionary inspection in the morning The three day Listowel bank holiday meeting scheduled to start today looks like going ahead 24 hours later as the Co. Kerry track passed an inspection late this afternoon. However officials will hold another precautionary inspection tomorrow morning at 7.30am due to the threat of overnight showers. The ground is currently described as heavy (soft in places) on the hurdle course, and soft (heavy in places) on the chase course. Sunday's card is all National Hunt with the first of seven races due off at 2.15pm.
