Aidan O'Brien will not hurry former 1000 Guineas favourite Goddess back into action following a lacklustre effort last time.

A 10-length winner of her maiden at Leopardstown, she was then sent off an odds-on favourite for the Silver Flash Stakes.

However, the daughter of Camelot finished last of six and O’Brien is biding his time before making a decision on whether to tackle the Moyglare Stud Stakes on September 16th.

He said: "Not definitely because she was a little bit under the weather after the last day and we won’t rush her back.

"I was looking at her on Sunday morning and was thinking 'would we run her anymore this year or not'. We won’t be in any panic as she’s had the three runs."

O’Brien ran a trio of fillies in the Debutante Stakes on Sunday, but all were put in their place by Patrick Prendergast’s impressive winner Skitter Scatter.

Zagitova fared best for Ballydoyle in third, with Hermosa sixth and Peach Tree eighth.

"We were very happy with them and they’ll be fine. They’ll all come back here for the Moyglare," said O’Brien.

"Patrick's filly did it very well and he’s doing a great job with her."
