Roderic could run in France

Roderic O'Connor could run in Sunday's Criterium International at Saint-Cloud.

Aidan O'Brien has three horses entered in the Group One in France, but says his Dewhurst runner-up is the most likely starter.

The son of Galileo chased home Classic hotpot Frankel at Newmarket in his first outing for over three months since running out a highly impressive winner of a hot Curragh maiden.

O'Brien also has Recital and Exodus entered for Sunday, but told the Irish Times: "He seems fine since Newmarket. You're never sure but I don't think the mile will bother him.

"He is the most possible of ours to run. Recital is a possible for Leopardstown on Sunday (Eyrefield Stakes) but we haven't decided things yet."
