Ten for the Oaks Ante-post favourite Sariska heads a field of 10 for the Investec Oaks at Epsom on Friday. The Musidora Stakes winner will bid to give trainer Michael Bell his first success in the fillies' Classic following on from his triumph with Motivator in the Derby four years ago. There were no surprise withdrawals at the 48-hour final declaration stage. The only two absentees were Three Moons who was reported on Tuesday to have suffered a setback and Nashmiah, who had been left in by trainer Clive Brittain purely as a precaution should anything go wrong with Wadaat. Last year's champion juvenile filly Rainbow View will try to bounce back from her odds-on failure in the 1000 Guineas for trainer John Gosden, who is seeking to capture the Oaks for the first time. Henry Cecil goes for a ninth win in the race with Midday, who was an easy winner of the Lingfield Oaks Trial last month, while another top Newmarket trainer, Sir Michael Stoute, relies on Phillipina to give him his third. Aidan O'Brien's Cheshire Oaks winner Perfect Truth and Jim Bolger's Irish 1000 Guineas third Oh Goodness Me, represent Irish interests. The Barry Hills-trained High Heeled, Richard Hannon's The Miniver Rose and Amanda Perrett's Tottie complete the field.
