Tyrell appeals Casela ban

Eamon Tyrell, the trainer of Casela Park (IRE), has lodged an appeal against the decision of the BHA's Disciplinary Panel to find him in breach of Rule (C)45 and to disqualify him from racing for three years.

No appeal has been received from jockey Jason Behan.

Tyrell has until the close of play on Thursday to provide his grounds of appeal.

A date for the hearing will be published as soon as it has been agreed.
