The Harvest Festival continues at Listowel on Saturday and we have another thoroughly competitive eight-race card to look forward to.

Friday's card is the penultimate fixture of the Festival and there's a €100,000 race on the agenda.

The William Hill Each Way Extra Handicap Hurdle is a Listed race over two miles and the winner gets €59,000. It's therefore no surprise that it has attracted a fascinating field of 14 and the Gordon Elliott-trained Casheldale Lad heads the market.

With lots of excitement anticipated, we've selected one owner, trainer and jockey who could be in for a good day.

Gavin Cromwell has several eye-catching representatives, and the bang-in-form 7lb claimer Eoin Staples is worth watching. Sean & Bernardine Mulryan have had plenty of big winners over the years and they have two runners on Friday.

Owner — Sean & Bernardine Mulryan

Cheltenham Festival-winning owners Sean & Bernardine Mulryan's familiar navy silks are set to be represented by two runners at Listowel on Friday. The first of which is the very well bred Attaho in the opening maiden hurdle and Lark In The Mornin goes in the finale.

Attaho is a full-brother to Willie Mullins' exceptional chaser Allaho, so with that in mind, connections are probably disappointed with his performances so far. It's still early days, however, and there's every chance he can get back on track.

Lark In The Mornin is a Cheltenham Festival winner and he returned to winning ways with a victory on the Flat at Bellewstown in July. The longer trip won't be a problem and it'll be a surprise if the five-year-old fails to run a big race.

Trainer — Gavin Cromwell

Gavin Cromwell continues to go from strength-to-strength as a trainer and he has plenty of runners with chances here. He trains three of the 14 runners in the big race, including the second favourite Serienmond

This horse was a winner over hurdles at Leopardstown in March and returned to winning ways on his first start over fences at Tramore in May. He was a good third in a Listed race at Fairyhouse off 1lb lower in April and should be competitive on that evidence. Come On The Lads is also well fancied and it's easy to see why. Whiskey Serenade makes her first start in handicaps in the 15:43 and her third in a Tramore maiden last time out was a much-improved effort. Handicaps should help and it's likely that there's more to come.

Jockey — Eoin Staples

Staples has been in excellent form recently, with four wins from just 12 rides at the time of writing. He has four rides on Friday, including Come On The Lads for Cromwell. The son of Elzaam won a decent pot at Galway in August and should be in the mix once again.

Cian Collins is a rising star in the training ranks and Staples rides last time out winner Jetaway Nana for him. Staples was also on board for that victory in maiden company at Wexford last month and handicaps can facilitate a significant amount of improvement.

A Nod To Getaway is his final ride of the day and Paul Flynn's gelding was an impressive winner at Killarney last time out. He's up 9lb as a result, but you wouldn't want to rule out another big run.
