Bynx adds a Flat win to her tally A maiden on the Flat after 22 outings going into the August Festival Early Bird Packages On tramoreraces.ie Handicap, Bynx (9/1) made the breakthrough under Paddy Harnett. The four-time jumps winner moved into a prominent position half-a-mile from home in the two mile contest and headed Lariat inside the final furlong to score by a length and a-quarter.  Winning trainer Martin Hassett said "When I sold her to the boys (BTF Racing Club), I said we'd win a Flat race and a hurdle race and we also managed a chase in the middle, so now I have the triple crown! "She won a good hurdle race on bottomless ground here one New Year's Daym and is a great little mare. She loves it down here and both Paddy (Harnett) and I needed that winner. He gave her a peach of a ride. "Fair play to Jamie Bergin, who is the head of the syndicate, as keeping 20 lads happy is never easy and he had been getting stick for her not winning on the Flat. "The lads are all training for Drom & Inch (Tipperary) tonight and there's a match Friday night, so I said the hurling comes first.
