Gigginstown's fourth is Foley's first Jockey Barry John Foley is a late-comer to the professional ranks but is already making up for lost time and made a winning debut for Gigginstown House Stud today, steering the Michael O’Leary owned Catalunian Fields to win the W&T Supporters Club Rated Novice Chase at Tramore today, for trainer Mouse Morris. Seven pounds claimer Foley, 32, has vast point to point experience having ridden in each of the last 16 seasons and today registered his second Irish professional winner on Catalunian Fields whom he produced to lead at the second last for a hard-fought win. It was also the fourth winner of the day for O’Leary’s Gigginstown colours (a double each at Tramore and Fairyhouse) and following the race, Foley stated “that's my eleventh racecourse winner and my agent Gary Cribbin got me the ride.
