Meade has strong team for Fairyhouse novice

Noel Meade holds four of the 19 entries in Sunday's Grade Two Rathbarry & Glenview Studs Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse.

The County Meath handler has left in Donnas Palm, Oscar Looby, Gay Sloane and Fisher Bridge at the confirmation stage.

"At the moment I am leaning towards running Donnas Palm and Oscar Looby - I don't know about Fisher Bridge yet and I will make up my mind nearer the time," said Meade.

"Oscar Looby won well the last day at Gowran, is in good form and will like this good ground.

"Donnas Palm seems to be coming back to himself as well so we're hoping for the best."

Also among the list of entries is Cousin Vinny, beaten into fifth when sent off favourite for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham last month.

One To Many, See U Bob, Time Electric and Zaarito are other possibles in an intriguing contest.
