Isle Of The Celts' win was completing a double for the Co Galway native, who is quickly closing in on a record 100 winners for the season. O'Connor, who holds the record winners tally for a season with 94, has 92 winners and with a month of the season remaining, looks on course to break new ground 'between the flags'. Isle Of The Celts immediate victim at Ballysteen, Big Allice, was ridden by JT McNamara, who earlier this season became the first jockey to ride 500 point to point wins.
