Next month's Prix de l'Opera at Longchamp is the likely target for Pleascach following a fine run against the boys in Saturday's Irish Champion Stakes.

Jim Bolger's Irish 1,000 Guineas and Yorkshire Oaks heroine was set a difficult task at the Dublin circuit, but was far from disgraced in finishing fourth behind Derby and Eclipse winner Golden Horn.

Bolger is eyeing a trip to Paris on Arc weekend before potentially aiming his three-year-old towards the Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes at Ascot.

"Pleascach is very well. It shouldn't be too long until she's seen again," said Bolger.

"We're thinking of the Prix de l'Opera at the moment and maybe back to Ascot after that.

"If it were not to be the Prix de l'Opera, we'll go straight to Ascot."
