Smallcraftwarning gets off the mark over fences at Killarney The John Patrick Ryan trained Smallcraftwarning opened his account over fences when staying on best to win Division ll of the Europe Hotel And Resort Handicap Chase at Killarney. A son of Gale Force Ten, the eight-year-old was always prominent under Daniel King, before moving second entering the home straight. Pushed along to head leader Meehall after two out, the 10/3f asserted on the run to the final fence. The Tom Cooper trained Jeu De Pic threw down a brief challenge jumping that latter obstacle but after stumbling on landing he lost all chance. Smallcraftwarning kept on well close home under King to win by four lengths. John Patrick Ryan said: "I should have had a double as I was frustrated by Gaelic Arc's ride and Zolpharine was also a bit unlucky. "This horse is what he is but he did a job today. "There is every kind of a breed involved in this syndicate - there are accountants, farmers and every kind, and they're all young.
