Punchestown remains soft to heavy after 9mm of rain overnight.

A mainly dry day is expected. The minimal fog is due to clear between 10am and 11am.

There is the possibility of approximately 10-15mm of rain overnight. Windy with passing showers is the forecast for tomorrow.

Today's eight-race card gets under way at 11.30am.

The feature is the Grade 1 Unibet Morgiana Hurdle of €150,000 at 2.10pm where Lossiemouth is long-odds-on favourite to account for her three rivals.

Willie Mullins' grey mare was last seen landing the Grade 1 William Hill Aintree Hurdle in April.

Gordon Elliott runs Ndaawi who is rated 5lb inferior to Lossiemouth on a mark of 154, but has to give her 7lb under the conditions of the race.

He said: “He looks up against it, but he can get some prize money.

“We have nowhere else to go and are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.

“He’s fit and he’ll take his chance.”
