Johnny Murtagh admits We'll Go Walking faces a tough task when she lines up for the bet365 Lancashire Oaks at Haydock Park on Saturday.

The only Irish challenger in the Group Two field, she finished third to Secret Gesture in the rearranged Warwickshire Oaks at Nottingham last time out, losing by half a length and three-quarters in the Listed contest.

"We've been happy with her since her last run. She probably has to improve a little bit, but we think she's going well at home," said the trainer.

Classy Italian filly Charity Line puts her unbeaten record to the test on her British debut in what is her first run for Newmarket-based Italian Marco Botti. She won all her six starts when trained by his brother, Stefano.

"She came with a good reputation from Italy. She is unbeaten, she won the Italian Oaks and at the end of last year she won a Group One in Rome," said Botti.

"Since she arrived in England early this year she has taken a little bit of time to acclimatise. We've been happy recently with her work. She wouldn't it too quick. Her best form has been with some give in the ground."

While Charity Line won the Italian Oaks in 2013, Talent landed the Epsom equivalent in the same year.

Although she has not won since then, she was second to Leading Light in the Ladbrokes St Leger and had her first run for nine months when fifth to Cirrus Des Aigles in the Coronation Cup four weeks ago.

"I think Talent has come on for her run at Epsom," said trainer Ralph Beckett.

"She will need to, but I think she has and I wasn't entirely happy with the way our horses were running when she ran there. We went into a bit of a lull, as happens to all of us, but they are running better now."
