Wind breezes to easy success Blow Wind Blow made most of the running to run out an easy winner of the Holycross Maiden Hurdle for Enda Bolger and Mark Walsh. The JP McManus gelding took a drop in class today in the ‘unplaced’ event and was sent to post 3/1 second choice in the market. He was to the fore throughout and turned for home along with Not Leaving Yet in the two-mile-six contest. The grey went on after the second last and was nicely on top over the final flight as Walsh could afford to ease up late on for a 13-length success. "He is a big 17-hands horse and we're obviously looking forward to him for next season. We'll stay going now as he goes on that soft ground,” said Bolger. "He will be a lovely horse when he goes over a fence, but we'll keep doing what we're doing at the moment. He has a big frame to fill into."
