FormscanBy Shane Redmond - STEEL MAGNOLIA (8) wasn't winning out of turn when a clear-cut scorer over this distance at Naas just under two weeks ago. She came from a little off the pace that day and skipped clear late on for a most comfortable success, with that run coming on the back of a fair effort at the same course at the beginning of August. Simmering Seas has also found her form, and while she has ground to make up on Steel Magnolia, she put up another good effort at the Curragh last time and rates as a threat along with Rosato who won twice over six furlongs here in late 2024 and Ballysax Lil' Mick who was beaten less than three lengths over this course and distance in June and has since run well on starts at Naas and the Curragh.
