FormscanBy Mark Nunan - VLHOVA was a winner at Killarney last year and had good form on testing ground in the autumn. She was noted making late headway at Listowel and now steps up in trip with the trainer's son, still looking for his first winner, taking over in the plate. The Shaman filly has come down nicely in the ratings and this race might have the target for some time. Guy's Girl won on yielding ground at Clonmel and has gone up only 4lb, with trainer Willie McCreery now fitting a visor in place of cheekpieces. Jp's Express handled easy ground when winning at the Galway festival and 1m4f was too far for him at Listowel last time.
