FormscanBy Alan Magee - TIME IS A THIEF (4) was narrowly denied by the useful Pure Steel on his only point-to-point start and made most to land a Tramore maiden hurdle. He subsequently shaped well at Wexford and is an interesting recruit to fences. Impero was the pick of these over hurdles winning five times and also went close in a competitive handicap here in May. However, the Zoffany gelding hasn’t shown the same level of form since sent chasing. Stede Bonnet won twice in bumpers last year and now switches to fences having added two further victories over hurdles earlier this year.
