The selection had been well held in handicaps prior to last month’s run but finished better than her seventh-placing then, as she raced wide and met trouble in the home straight. She has twice finished ahead of unexposed stablemate Larzac and her same rider is able to utilise his 5lb claim today. Larzac disappointed in a race which is working out nicely in December but debuts in handicaps. Balko D’Ange fell at Cheltenham but has form in handicaps while eight-year-old Coyote Spirit easily won a recent maiden hurdle. Ifallgoeswell debuts in a handicap while Wholelotofbusiness reappears.

An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards that at entry have run at least four times in hurdle races (140 = 11st 12lbs)
