FormscanBy Gary Carson - This looks a nice opportunity for MUTASARREF to make his mark at stakes level. The Dark Angel gelding has won three since joining Ger Lyons this season and was impressive when beating a couple of these rivals, San Andreas and Belle Image, in a conditions race at Naas last time. Seven furlongs looks an ideal trip for him and with a mark of 105 he's entitled to be a big player at listed level now. Snapraeterea is top rated in the field with a rating of 110 but returns from an absence and his final two runs last season were below par. A bigger threat may be the filly Cigamia who prevailed in a tight finish when landing the Cairn Rouge Stakes at Killarney last month. This looks a bit more competitive but she has to have a big shout, getting a nice bit of weight.
