Formscan By Alan Magee - COUNTY FINAL showed the benefit of a couple of outings in maiden hurdles when scoring readily over 2m3f at Navan and subsequently beat all bar Kotkito Bello on testing ground at Punchestown. That form received a boost at Thurles last weekend and he gets the vote over The Big Clubman. The Wexford maiden winner finished well when runner-up to Kalypso’chance in a 2m4f Navan Grade 3 and should appreciate this stamina test. Riding arrangements suggest Kazansky is preferred of Gordon Elliott’s pair while Punchestown maiden winner Yeshil is another to consider.
