Formscan By Gary Carson - This looks like a nice opportunity for KILCRUIT on his return from a lengthy absence. The Stowaway gelding hasn't been seen since a beaten favourite in the Galway Plate in August 2023. He hasn't quite reached the heights that he promised when runner-up in the Cheltenham bumper, and winning the Grade 1 contest at Punchestown, but has some smart form nonetheless and could prove the class act in this. Stablemate Jalila Moriviere is an interesting rival. The Joshua Tree filly was last seen finishing second in a Listed Hurdle at Auteuil in May. Karl Des Tourelles ran well in handicap company at Punchestown last time and is another to consider.
