Formscan By Michael Graham - BALZAC TURGOT and Rachael Blackmore teamed up well in Ballinrobe and could go in again here. They took the scalp of Rashaan in that beginners’ chase with a good performance from the front. That was the former 126-rated hurdler’s first crack at fences and there ought to be more to come over a trip and on ground that he handles. Camlann won his beginners’ chase over course and distance and has previous winning form on good ground. He jumped notably well and took advantage when the pace collapsed. He shouldn’t be underestimated. Le Martalin has plenty of talent but the ground could be a shade quick for him. Double course winner Robin Des Foret is the one to beat. He wasn’t quite at his best, though, when a beaten odds-on favourite at Punchestown last month. He is a prolific winner, however, and it won’t be long before he resumes winning ways.
