The colt by Australia has two Group 3 wins to his name over the course and distance and this looks an ideal race for him. 2018 Irish Derby winner Latrobe would probably need further to be seen at his best. Highest rated Sir Dragonet finished well in Listed company at Royal Ascot and should reverse early season form with Numerian, but he probably needs to up his game to beat the selection, even though on paper he’s 6lbs well in on these terms. Trais Fluors came home well when a place behind Buckhurst at Navan, and the ex-French performer could be a danger particularly if this turns tactical.
