Formscan - Boothill landed a valuable handicap over C&D on just his second start over fences in November last year and followed that up by taking the Wayward Lad at Kempton over Christmas. The eight-year-old returns on a mark that he is likely to be competitive off, but a chance is taken on FRERE D'ARMES. His early-season form last year was especially strong, beating Haddex Des Obeaux at Kempton before winning a Newbury contest that worked out well, and he had excuses when returning after an injury in the spring. Saint Segal, Red Rookie and the veteran First Flow are others likely to enter the reckoning.
