He should benefit from his narrow defeat at Cork latest, when stepped up in class, and may edge out Bonisland, a 4yo, who ran well when himself upped in grade here last month. There may not be much between the pair though with Benevolent looking third best of the Gigginstown trio. High class staying chaser Joncol is interesting here and while a win certainly cannot be discounted, he is on something of a retrieval mission having disappointed on his last few starts. Dushybeag was a wide margin winner at Cork latest but was well held by Bonisland in November. Bumper winner Another Challenge faces an almost impossible task on hurdle debut.
