Formscan By Tom Weekes - High class BALLYOISIN returned following a 624 days layoff to win well at Ballinrobe and receives weight from his two rivals, albeit over a trip which is farther than ideal. Rated 169 in 2019, he showed his old sparkle at Ballinrobe and while his best form is at two miles, he receives 8lbs from The Storyteller and 6lbs from Easy Game which gives him an edge. Easy Game, an eight-time winner, is ideally suited to this trip, was second in the Galway Plate in July and is likely to finish marginally stronger than BALLYOISIN, which will probably front-run. The Storyteller, an 11-time winner, has a busy few months ahead of him as he bids to retain the Grade 1 Champion Chase at Down Royal in November. He is clearly very capable but would prefer three miles and might strip fitter following this 2m4f reappearance run.
