Formscan - BOTH BARRELS had Esprit Du Potier four and a half lengths behind him in third when he won at Kelso at the end of December and has a big chance of upholding the form. Having never recovered after being hampered by a faller last time out, Donald Whillans' gelding is well worth another chance in this company. Forged Well is interesting back over hurdles and he edges out the aforementioned Esprit Du Potier to be the biggest danger on these terms.
