A flat winner in his native France, he won over this 2m4f trip at Punchestown and this festival will have been his target since that maiden hurdle win. The form of that win is nothing outstanding but the second and fourth have both won since and LAC KIVU won in the style of a promising horse. Bhutan is himself a capable type, having won his only start for Ballydoyle and was also a good winner at Tipperary latest. He is also a four year old and capable of vast improvement and should be fine stepping up to 2m4f here, having won over 1m2f on heavy ground, on debut, on the flat. Its All Guesswork has proven stamina having won over three miles at Bellewstown latest and while he is also capable of progression, might not be ideally suited to rain-softened ground. Robin Des Foret is himself a useful performer on a sound surface and is again likely to run his race. He is vulnerable to any smart performers but is nonetheless a capable type who should get involved. Dorans River beat Robin Des Forets in Roscommon in June but disappointed behind that rival at the same venue last month and has a little to prove now while Oakly was fourth in that Roscommon July race and is also likely to struggle in this competitive grade.
