Formscan By Donal Murphy - DEONTAS might be the one to side with here. The daughter of Teofilo raced in two Listed contests last season and she was far from disgraced in both. She made her seasonal reappearance at Gowran last month, finishing a good fourth to Edelpour who won again at Sligo on Sunday. Newcomer Wooden Heart is given second preference. Her sister Silky won this race in 2013 and her trainer David Wachman has claimed this contest four times since 2008. Pinola ran well on her debut at Gowran when stable second string. She is sure to come on plenty for that effort and with Pat Smullen in the saddle she should go close. Love Letter is another who ran well on her debut and she should give a good account of herself with Tom Madden taking five pounds off.
