Formscan  - WAKE ME UP (8) made remarkable improvement on his debut effort and kept on strongly to finish a 1.75-length second. Further progress should give him a strong winning chance. BLUE SEA (2) messed up the start on debut but then went on to finish well and will improve over the longer trip. Unraced SMOKEY SPIRIT (11) is well bred and is one to watch, while SARMAD (1) has experience and is improving.
