Concorde Landed makes impressive debut

It's rare you see Paddy Twomey training a five-length winner first-time out! A first-time out winner, full stop. She is a nice filly. She came from the breeze-ups and she was a nice filly there. She's been straightforward since. She is entered in the Lowther and she is entered in the Moyglare because I just felt she had talent. I didn't do a lot with her since the sale. She's come in, she's cantered, she's breezed a few times. She's not been anywhere. I said to Billy, 'I think this one is ready to run.' Billy just said that maybe she has a bit too much speed for the Lowther, but I think she'll be okay. It would be the perfect race for her. I was hoping she'd run well today. I don't really train first-time-out two-year-old winners that much, so it's very possible that I get them beaten, but I think she's nice. We have 50 two-year-olds; we actually have a very good bunch of two-year-olds, but she's nice.

I was very disappointed in Cork. I've driven down there with him twice. He was favourite last year down there and, he was favourite this year and, I won't be going down with him again. Just no luck. I mean Cork is a wonderful Flat track but Keke don't like it and, I don't like the drive. I'm getting too old for that, so we won't be doing that again. On ratings, he had one to beat today and the filly that was second; judging by the result now, we could drop down into the 80's. She was rated 78 and she frightened the life out of us. She gave us a proper race. From now on, it's opportunities or group races; Scurry's or Bold Lad's with topweight. It's going to be a huge ask. This race kind of half set up for him. He made heavy weather of it but he won. He's won eight times for us, so I'm very happy. He is a lovely horse and, we'll keep running him away.

Our horses are not in form, to be quite honest. The last three months we can't smell a winner. It was a bit of a shock, to be honest. He'd be different class to them alright. Isn't it great to get a winner? We are always looking for winners. It's been so frustrating the last few months.

Dancing Destiny steps up in trip to land Listed win

This filly is very tough. Chris(Hayes) gave her a nice ride and, we're delighted. She obviously had a good run here over six(furlongs) and, she stepped up in trip today.

Mai Dahlia off the mark

She won well. She had a lovely debut here. We were a bit disappointed after Fairyhouse the last day but we felt like she was training well coming here. I'm delighted to have a nice winner for Ahmed (Aldubaili) - he bred the filly. Where she goes next we'll see but hopefully, eventually she'll end up in a black type race. She is still a work in progress. She has a nice pedigree too.

Rodeo Blues brings up Naas treble for Joseph

We thought she'd be better going back left-handed. She hung out badly in Ballinrobe the last time. She won nicely and, Dylan gave her a lovely ride. She's actually due to go to the sales tomorrow. We'll see. We'll discuss it with the owners and see. It's nice to get another win here today and, it's great that there is a big team of the syndicate here today, family and friends.
