Kereman (IRE) was struck by another horse at the start.
After being checked by the Veterinary Surgeon at the start, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
Rounding the top bend on the final circuit, Age Of Wisdom (IRE), placed second, edged slightly right on to the winner, Kereman (IRE), turning the gelding’s hindquarters causing Kereman (IRE) to lean left back on to Age Of Wisdom (IRE), shifting the gelding left causing Morning Sequel (GB), placed fifth, to be shifted left resulting in Cintex (FR), placed third, to be momentarily short of room, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Harry Reed reported that Cintex (FR), placed third, suffered interference rounding the top bend on the final circuit.
