The winner, THAHAB IFRAJ (IRE) appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Stratford-on-Avon on 28 August 2018 where the gelding finished last of the eight runners, beaten 14 lengths, over two miles and half a furlong. Alexandra Dunn's explanation that the gelding benefited from the step up in trip on this occasion was noted. THAHAB IFRAJ (IRE) was routine tested.
