Gowran Park Sat, 7th Mar, 2026  Minella Boss That is a while coming and it is 12 months to the day since my last winner,. Our previous winner was in the Leinster National at Naas and there has been a cloud over the yard since. It hasn't gone away yet but we think we have a couple of them right now and thought this fella was right. This horse was fairly right during the whole (sickness) period and it is 15 years since I had sickness in my yard. You almost forget about it, but this season has brought it back. This is a strong type, he is robust enough. I'm delighted as I thought it would never happen again!

Punchestown Wed, 4th Feb, 2026  Too Bossy For Us He did it nicely. It was a slow enough run contest and we’d have preferred a faster one. He still has a bit of improving to do, and he jumped the last very high which showed he has plenty left in the tank. Once he learns to come down and hurdle properly, he should improve more. He has enough class for the Supreme, but we’ll have a look and see what races he’s in and what he’s qualified for. We won’t make a decision at this stage. He’ll hopefully be a horse that will be dual-purpose during the summer. He’s a horse that we might try and qualify for the Melbourne Cup as well.
