FormscanBy Alan Magee - MY UNCAS has been lightly-raced since finishing second in a Wexford maiden hurdle over two years ago but did show some promise last time at the Limerick Christmas meeting when making the frame behind Teescomponentsyess. The Flemensfirth gelding just qualifies for this race which is confined to horses with a hurdle rating of 109 or less and he may well do better over fences being from the family of Special Tiara who won the Champion Chase for the same connections. Galon De Vauzelle was awarded a four-year-old maiden point-to-point at Lismore and readily won a handicap hurdle at Ballinrobe last spring. He made a pleasing return over hurdles at Leopardstown over Christmas and rates a threat along with Whiskey Lullaby. She made mistakes on both chase starts for Paul Nicholls last year and now reverts to fences after finishing third in a Limerick maiden hurdle.
