Formscan By Michael Graham - POLAR BEAR has plenty going for him. He won on heavy ground at Bellewstown in April which will really stand to him here. Furthermore, he enters the fray after just being pipped by a nose on his last start in Bellewstown and remains on the same mark of 85. Wave Machine landed the prestigious Birdcatcher on testing ground at Naas in November last year. She is another arriving on the back of a runner-up berth when beaten three lengths at Naas. A visor is tried on her and the handicapper has eased his grip by 4lb. Distillate was only headed in the closing stages in a big-field contest at Naas. She will handle the ground and competes off a light weight.
An extended handicap for three years old only (90 = 10st)
