After race at Tramore Thu, 8th Oct, 2026 (1st)  I'm delighted with that. We ran him on the Flat just to give him something else to do while the ground was so hard during the summer. We didn't want to be running him over hurdles or fences on that ground. He enjoyed it and I think it sparked a bit of life into him. He jumped way better there today. I'm delighted for the owners, they've been great supporters of mine. It wouldn't want the ground too deep but we'll give going while the ground is like this. Gillian Scott

After race at Cork Sat, 3rd Jan, 2026 (1st)  He won his maiden hurdle this time last year and we thought he’d progress from that, but he went backwards. . He just enjoys fences. He ran poorly in Limerick, and it was a gamble bringing him back so fast, but the cheekpieces helped, tongue-tie helped, the ground helped and dropping him back two furlongs helped. . He jumped well. Dan knows him and it does take a jockey to know him. I’m delighted and some of the owners (WDS Syndicate) are here as well. Gillian Scott

After race at Limerick Sun, 29th Dec, 2024 (1st)  My horses scoped wrong six weeks ago when Ask The Bookie bled, but had run well earlier today (finishing third) so I was hopeful. He can be quite hard on himself, so we said we'd jump him out in front and see how we get on. I'm delighted it worked out and he is a nice horse for the future. Gillian Scott
