Formscan By Alan Magee - THE KING OF PRS is best on soft ground and gained a fifth career win when landing the valuable Dan %26 Joan Moore Memorial Handicap Chase at Fairyhouse last term. The selection ran well on seasonal debut last year and hopefully is fully tuned up here on his reappearance. Riding arrangements suggest Downmexicoway is preferred of Henry de Bromhead’s trio, and he won in good style over a similar trip at Killarney. Stablemate Champagne Mahler decisively beat Rebel Gold on soft ground over course and distance on his penultimate start, while Captains Nephew should benefit from his return after a summer break at Listowel.
