Formscan By Dan McEvoy - IBELIEVEICANFLY (7) has contested two of the strongest maidens this season and has bumped into two smart fillies. The Frankel filly was favourite on debut but could only manage fourth before chasing home her stable companion Alpha, beaten five lengths, on her second start. That was still a very good run and with the booking of Ryan Moore she should take plenty of beating. Alpine Wedding was four lengths behind the selection on debut and, holding Moyglare and Debutante entries, she is expected to come forward from that experience. Citrus Springs, an American-bred daughter of Olympiad, cost a pretty penny as a two-year-old and can leave a disappointing debut behind. The impeccably bred Sparkles is worth noting for the future.
