Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - LORD DUDLEY and stable first-timer Papal Bee give Kieran Cotter a strong hand here, though they could have fared better with the stalls they’ve been allocated. On a surface described as soft it was amazing to watch Lord Dudley run keenly, and keep up a good gallop from the front end, over seven furlongs at Roscommon last week. The near six furlong trip of this event ought to be right up the alley of the Prince of Dubai gelding. He’s out of a Hurricane Run mare, and if the Cotter runner can make the front from gate sixteen he won’t be easily caught off a six pound higher mark. Willie McCreery’s pair, Mullacash Buzz and Cnodian, and Abogados (Edward O’Grady and Colin Keane) are among the others that need factoring in.

An extended handicap for three years old only rated 45-65
