Permission was given for Monetize (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
Balayaged (IRE) and Hachiko (IRE) wore ear plugs which were removed at the start.
The Starter reported that Hachiko (IRE) refused to enter the stalls and was withdrawn at 7:04pm.
Iain Jardine was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Hopeful Joy (GB), trained by Mark Walford spread a plate on the way to post.
As the trainer had not indicated at declaration stage that the filly should be withdrawn in the event of losing a shoe on the way to post, Hopeful Joy (GB) ran without its left hind shoe.
Following the race, Harrison Shaw reported that Monetize (GB), unplaced, was never travelling.
