The winner, Flying Frontier (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at York on 16 May 2025, where the gelding finished ninth of 13, beaten by 9 ¼ lengths.
It was noted that the representative could offer no explanation for Flying Frontier (GB)'s improved form, other than the colt may have appreciated a return to Sandown where he has won previously.
Flying Frontier (GB) was routine tested.
