Whearty, unplaced, Livingston Range, ridden by K.G. Kennedy, unplaced, and Whatswrongnow, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed fourth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D
Hayes said his mount got unbalanced as he went for a gap. R.P. Whelan said he received minor interference. R
Whearty said he received a bump on his mounts hind end. K.G. Kennedy said he received a bump from his left
J.A. Heffernan said was not involved as he was in front of the incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action
C.T. Keane, rider of Lismacbryan, trained by P.Cluskey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right in the closing stages
